Our Digital Infrastructure department are opening a new division and are actively looking for three strong administrators to join the project management and operations.
The Build Administration team support the work of the Delivery Managers who are mainly field-based. Active on client systems, the admin team provide real time updates of requirements to the field and prepare documents for submission to third party portals. The admin team also support the Commercial team by raising Purchase Orders on the client system and the HSEQ team by checking all certifications and qualifications are obtained from build teams.
The team are looking for full office support. The day will be varied at times so flexability is required. As this is a new start up department you will get involved in varied support tasks.
We are looking for strong team players who can work off their own initiative but also work in a team environment. This is a new office set up within a lovely open plan office environment
