Customer Service Advisor

We are actively looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a specialist department that are making appointments with customers.

The calls are to seek authority to attend to site on a set scheduled day and gain authority to get access around the property if required. You will be discussing the nature of the work that is going to be carried out and therefore your customer service skills are of paramount importance.

If you have a confident telephone manner, have a background in call centre or making outbound calls apply today. You will be required to log each call onto a computer system or excel spreadsheet so you must have accurate inputting skills.

This role is working in a small team environment. You must be able to work off your own initiative but full training will be given. An organised efficient nature is required.

This is a Monday to Friday role – hours of work 8 – 4.30
