If so then a role as a Customer Service Call Handler could be for you.
We are looking for an efficient coordinator to work in this dedicated team that allocate work to ensure that the customer needs are met. You will learn and manage each case that you are issued.
Within this role you will monitor and manage each appointment and works, and work with the wider teams: Traffic Management and Operations.
This role is 24 hours a week – Shifts cover Evenings and Weekends. The shifts are on a rota basis so you will not be required work every weekend. You must also be able to work all bank holidays.
Hours: Evening 5pm – 10pm Weekends and Bank holidays 8am – 10pm
