Customer Service Case Handler

We are recruiting Customer Service Case Handlers to work at our customer service department in Derby. The emphasis on this role is to be the point of contact for the customers taking the inbound calls, updating the customer with the work scheduled to take place and the role is to ensure that any queries and complaints are dealt with promptly.

The team make outbound calls and send texts as well as correspondence including emails for updating customers of the attendance of operatives to appointments.

You will take ownership of customer issues and ensure that the escalations process is followed when problems and complaints arise. Dealing promptly with the issues and responding in set timescales.

We offer full training in the role, a modern open plan office environment, breakaway areas, a staff restaurant on site and free car parking outside the office.

Hours of work are shifts over 7 days a week (45 hours)
