Executive Personal Assistant

We are looking for an Experienced PA to Support the Managing Director to assist with the smooth operation of the Chief Executive’s office.

All duties to be undertaken demonstrating the ability to be exceptionally well organised and to work under own initiative.

Monday – Friday 40 hour a week

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
About the role:
  • Diary management, including the organisation of internal and external meetings
  • Travel arrangements
  • Dealing with written and verbal queries in a clear and concise manner, responding appropriately
  • Drafting routine letters, memos and emails presented in a clear and concise way
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and handling them if they do not need to be passed on in a professional manner
  • Carrying out background research into subjects the MD is dealing with, and presenting findings in an easily digestible form
  • Taking notes of meetings
  • Preparing presentations using Excel, Word and PowerPoint including the presentation of graphical information
  • Liaising with other employees and/or clients
  • Project and event coordination
  • Prepare regular letters and reports as detailed by the Managing Director
  • Co-ordination of group activities when required
  • Preparation, collation and circulation of Board reports / packs
  • Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow; and the organisation and storage of paperwork, documents and computerised information

Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • PC skills, as a minimum able to use Word and excel
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
